Claymore 6.5 PRC

Built for a West Texas hunter running both 6.5 PRC and .308 Win on the same action. SwitchLug installed on a Defiance Deviant — swaps in under 10 minutes with a torque wrench. Primary barrel is a 26" Bartlein 5R in 6.5 PRC. Secondary .308 barrel pre-headspaced and ready to go.

Manners EH1 stock inletted and glass-bedded at WTO. Trigger set to 2.5 lb. First shots at 100 yards: 3-shot group of 0.28 MOA with factory Hornady ELD-M.

Built for a Lubbock-area shooter entering the PRS rimfire series. Defiance Deviant action in 22LR competition configuration. McMillan A5 chassis inletted and bedded. 20" medium palma barrel profiled for balance at the chassis forward position. Trigger set to 1.5 lb — legal per PRS rimfire rules.

Tested at 100 yards with Lapua Center-X: 5-shot groups averaging 0.32 MOA. Built, tested, and delivered inside four weeks.

7mm SAW

WTO's own 7mm SAW wildcat chambered in a customer's Remington 700 action. The 7mm SAW (Short Action Wildcat) was designed at WTO for extended-range hunting in the South Plains — flat trajectory, reduced wind drift vs. 6.5 Creedmoor at range.

Reamer spec'd and ground to WTO dimensions. 24" Proof Research CF barrel. Customer ran load workup with WTO's guidance — settled on 168gr Berger Elite Hunter at 2,960 fps. Sub-0.4 MOA with final load at 600 yards.

6.5 Creedmoor — Sendero Profile

Full custom build on a Remington 700 long-range platform. Requested by a customer who hunts pronghorn and mule deer across the South Plains and New Mexico — needed reliable 800-yard capability with wind-bucking ballistics.

26" Sendero-profile Krieger barrel, H-S Precision stock inlet and bedded, Jewell HVR trigger at 1.8 lb. First test at 100 yards: 0.22 MOA with Hornady 140gr ELD-M. Customer reported first-shot kills at 720 yards during the following season.
