The WTO SwitchLug is a multi-caliber barrel exchange system that lets one bolt-action rifle shoot multiple cartridges. Swap calibers in the field with a torque wrench — no gunsmith visit required after the initial installation at WTO.

WTO Install
Your action comes to WTO. We install the SwitchLug system and headspace your first barrel. All work is verified on the bench before return.

Pre-fit Barrels
Order additional pre-fit barrels from WTO — each one is chambered and headspaced at the shop to your specific SwitchLug-equipped action.

Field Swap
Swap calibers using a torque wrench set to WTO's spec. The swap takes under 10 minutes. No action disassembly. No tools beyond a torque wrench.

Zero at Range
Each barrel maintains its own zero. Keep a data card per barrel. Headspace is guaranteed — no re-zeroing the action, only the optic for each cartridge.
